  1. Best salmon you can buy. 5 Star Review

Posted by on 12th May 2017

This salmon is totally different that what you might buy in the best fish store or top of the line grocery chain; this stuff is really fresh....and you can tell the difference in the firmness and top notch flavor.

  2. great fresh salmon! 5 Star Review

The salmon is very fresh and it's convenient to have each filet individually wrapped. A great product. Thank you!

  3. Freshest Salmon you can get 5 Star Review

Posted by on 15th Dec 2016

As opposed to "fresh" salmon flown in from Alaska, that sits in the meat section for days at the supermarket, this salmon is fresh frozen in Alaska, and stays frozen, until you thaw it on your grill. Doesn't get any better.

  4. authentic quality! 5 Star Review

I ran out of their awesome salmon last year and was so sad! What a treat for my family of 6! We love real, wild, Alaskan salmon and how great it's from a local company!

  5. Best salmon between here & Alaska 5 Star Review

Just finished last year's which was still delicious but the color & texture of the 2016 salmon is FABULOUS!
Had Midwestern guesrs who thought they'd died & gone to heaven.

This is the 2nd time we have purchased in bulk through the annual Tryon delivery route. The Sockeye fillets are a nice size for 2 with some leftovers. The quality is superb!

  7. Great For Parties 5 Star Review

We love to smoke the sockeye fillets from Wild Salmon Co! Served with all the fixings-capers, cream cheese, lemon and crostini-so good for brunch or as an appetizer.

  8. Incredibly savory! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 17th Nov 2016

I baked my fillet with a dill paste, lime juice and mayo base and was definitely overwhelmed by the thrill to my tastebuds!
We--- my husband, my son and I were equally impressed with the full body taste compared with other fillets we had purchased from commercial stores( BJ's, Costco and Sam's)!

Thank you for the opportunity to get in on this opportunity!!!

  9. Sooo tasty, sustainably harvested, feel good fish 5 Star Review

Posted by on 15th Nov 2016

Thaws nicely overnight in the fridge and cooks up so fresh and tasty. It makes for a super easy meal! Even better, it's coming from a fish that lived free in the ocean doing its part for the ecosystem. What better way to preserve this fishery than to have people like The Wild Salmon Company making sure they take care of the fish population they need.

  10. yummy and beautiful 5 Star Review

The filets are lovely cuts and plenty to share or keep for a few next meals. I have gotten the portions in previous years and find the fillets just as easy with less package/label disposal.
