We tried it for the first time yesterday, on a grill, with just mustard and brown sugar. My wife, her sister and I were very upbeat on the texture and flavor

  3. Great tasting! 5 Star Review

The Wild Salmon sockeye portions have become a staple at our house. This is the best tasting salmon I have ever eaten! They are so good, I ordered another shipment to take to my "very picky eater" daughter in Texas. She loved them, too. Thanks for making the ordering process so easy.

First order. Concerned about delivery to Texas- but fish arrived still frozen and dry ice still intact. Worked with owner to get best way to deliver product and they worked with me to get the best cost.
    This company is a keeper!

  5. We love this fish 5 Star Review

We doubled our order to two boxes this year because we love the fish (and of course the fact that it is sustainable), and we find it so convenient to have it in the freezer. We just take it out in the morning to thaw and it's ready to cook in the evening. We also steam it and keep it in the refrigerator to make a quick salmon salad.

  6. Healthy, oh so tasty, and handy! 5 Star Review

Posted by on 20th Dec 2017

These sockeye portions are lean, nutritious, delicious AND so handy to keep in stock in the freezer. Drop a few portions in a bowl of water, and they're defrosted within 15 minutes. Dry rub and pan saute, or brush with a marinade and broil - they're cooked in under 10 minutes. With a veggie or salad, you've got a great meal within a half hour, start to finish. What could be better at the end of your busy day?

Superb wild-caught Sockeye salmon fillets! Amazing flavor -- better than anything you will find at your local supermarket or seafood supplier.

  9. The very best option for Sustainable salmon and you don't have to read the fvery fine print on the label 5 Star Review

Posted by on 18th Dec 2017

We have been using WildSalmon.com for as long as it has been available! We are never disappointed and are very confident to refer it to friends. I recently hosted a dinner for 32 and supplied the Sockeye portions to the chef. He was enthusiastic and asked how to get more because of the quality. I have given chefs samples before and all would like to use it but most lack freezer capacity. However, their comments are a great endorsement.
