We are out catching more fish! 

We will start taking order by mid August for our Fall distribution

We are super excited to introduce this super high quality ground coho salmon.  After the fish is filleted, the "frame" is scraped to utilize 100% of the fish.  No waste processing makes for the ultimate in sustainable practices.  Some companies make "burger" from trimming lessor desirable or bruised sections of the fish, which can result is fishy bites.  Not us!  This ground salmon is excellent for making patties or lightly searing and add as a "protein" to almost any meal. No fillers, just salmon!

  • Arrives frozen and stays fresh in your freezer till Oct. 2022

We ship via Fedex on Mondays and Tuesdays. Your order will arrive Tuesday - Thursday, depending on where you live. We will email and text you tracking info so you will know exactly when to expect your order. Your fish will be packed in a cooler with the appropriate amount of dry ice to ensure it arrives frozen. ***We always pack enough dry ice for an extra day in transit, just in case there is a delay.

During check out, please indicate your preferred shipping date in the order comments. If no date is requested then your order will be shipped on next available ship date.

Costs:

We ship from Asheville, NC. We can ship East of the Mississippi following costs. Please check our shipping page for shipping costs if you live West of the Mississippi.

  • $38 for up to 23 lbs
  • $49 for 24-33 lbs
  • $76 for 34-60 lbs

Why isn’t shipping free?

We are aware that most of our competitors offer free shipping, however this cost is built into their price. Our 10 lb box of salmon with shipping is similar or less than our competitors, HOWEVER, if you order more than 10 lbs, our flat rate shipping offers a big savings to you!
