Local pick up or buying club deliveries are free. Flat Rate shipping to most locations east of the Rockies is $38 for up to 24 lbs.
We ship via Fedex on Tuesdays. Your order will arrive Wednesday-Friday, depending on where you live. We will email and text you tracking info so you will know exactly when to expect your order. Your fish will be packed in a cooler with the appropriate amount of dry ice to ensure it arrives frozen. We always pack enough dry ice for an extra day in transit, just in case there is a delay.
During check out, please indicate your preferred shipping date (we ship each Tuesday) in the order comments. If no date is requested then your order will be shipped on the upcoming Tuesday.
Costs:
We ship from Asheville, NC. We can ship to most of the east coast, midwest and Colorado for the following costs. Please check our shipping page to see if you live within our 1-3 day Fedex Ground delivery range. PLEASE NOTE: If you live in TX, OK or the West Coast, visit our shipping page for shipping costs. We have to ship 2 day air to these locations and it is more expensive.

Why isn’t shipping free?
We are aware that most of our competitors offer free shipping, however this cost is built into their price. Our 10 lb price is similar or less than our competitors, HOWEVER, if you order more than 10 lbs, our flat rate shipping offers a big savings to you!
