Now taking orders Buying Club and Asheville orders for our Oct. 2022 distribution.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders this fall due to a continued dry ice shortage.  We will send more updates about shipping in our Fall newsletter.

Our Sockeye fillets are gorgeous! Known for its bright red color, firm texture and rich, delicious flavor. Sockeye is definitely our favorite! Our fillets are great for families and for entertaining. They make for a beautiful presentation that will impress any guest. Awesome for grilling. Amazing quality, 100 % sushi grade!

And...just to let you all know fish have bones. We do our best to remove the pin bones, however wild salmon has firm flesh making it impossible to guarantee 100% boneless.

    Sockeye fillets

Posted by James Cameron on 30th Dec 2020

This marks the fourth season I’ve received my 10-pound box of sockeye fillets from the Wild Salmon Co. The fish is always beautiful and well-packaged with care and respect. It serves as the cornerstone for many anticipated, memorable meals throughout the year..

Very Good Quality product. We like this so much we decided to purchase a box for neighbor gifts and when we told Heidi this she showed us how to wrap and present it in a very simple but unique way. We were pleasantly pleased and good customer report.

    Salmon filets and pieces

We Have been buying salmon from Heidi and her husband for 3-4 years. Their products are first rate. Their commitment to quality in the fish and the environment, is a model for all that aspire to have a small business and make a positive impact on the world. Everyone that likes salmon or knows someone who does should support their business and encourage their friends and family to do the same.

These arrived on time, well-packed in dry ice. The fillets are gorgeous! I've made gravlax and other recipes and I'm thrilled with the quality.

    Sockeye Salmon Fillets

By far the best sushi grade sockeye we have ever had. This is our second order and we are spoiled by the freshness and quality that we will never go back to store bought wild caught salmon.

    Excellent quality

Posted by Crystal F. on 13th Oct 2020

I ordered the 10 lb box of sockeye salmon. It arrived exactly when The Wild Salmon Company said it would - fresh and frozen. Salmon is a delicious and healthy meal that I cook for my family at least once per week. I can rest easy knowing that I am feeding my family the best quality product I could find.

The best tasting salmon filets! Not fishy. Makes all other salmon a little less enjoyable. : - )

    Sockeye Salmon Shipment

Posted by Seth Lloyd on 6th Aug 2020

I purchased 20lbs of Sockeye Fillets and had shipped to Kansas. All arrived packed in dry ice and all but 2 were still frozen, but the 2 that were not frozen were still cold. So we ate those first!
Absolutely delicious! So much better tasting than the Sockeye we buy at Sprouts. Everyone including our kids could taste the difference.
Also, great knowing exactly where your fish came from.
