We are so excited to offer this new item-mostly, because we love to eat it! We source this sashimi grade line-caught Albacore Tuna from a small fishing Cooperative on the West coast. They are line caught, frozen at sea and of exceptional quality. West coast Tuna has almost twice as much oil as the same fish caught in other waters. Prepare it raw or lightly seared, either way, it's delicious!

- Arrives frozen and should be eaten in 6 months
We ship via Fedex on Mondays. Your order will arrive Tuesday - Thursday, depending on where you live. We will email and text you tracking info so you will know exactly when to expect your order. Your fish will be packed in a cooler with the appropriate amount of dry ice to ensure it arrives frozen. ***We always pack enough dry ice for an extra day in transit, just in case there is a delay.
During check out, please indicate your preferred shipping date (we ship each Monday) in the order comments. If no date is requested then your order will be shipped on the upcoming Monday.
We ship from Asheville, NC. We can ship to most of the east coast and midwest for the following costs. Please check our shipping page for shipping costs if you live outside of the East Coast or Midwest.

Why isn’t shipping free?
We are aware that most of our competitors offer free shipping, however this cost is built into their price. Our 10 lb price is similar or less than our competitors, HOWEVER, if you order more than 10 lbs, our flat rate shipping offers a big savings to you!

We would rate this a 10 if the rating was available. Serve this as sushi or lightly seared. Each year we increase the amount we purchase. Now with the small portions, it is so convenient to serve. Love it!
The sushi grade tuna was excellent and I am glad it is being offered this year.
This sushi grade albacore is the best! First we prepared it lightly seared with minimal seasonings and it was delicious. Next, we got more adventurous and put it in a sushi roll and it was fabulous! Can't wait to get more
